Production Manager

 

After having the opportunity to be a Stage Manager, I wanted to pursue my knowledge and challenge myself to take on new responsibilities despite having little prior background. I feel that taking this risk is a good way for me to find out my strengths and weaknesses.

This bittersweet journey has certainly thought me the importance of planning, sense of urgency, and the power of trial and error. I was involved in the budget planning, creating a contact list, taking down meeting minutes. I also helped out with the painting and making of the rocks, log and puppetry box alongside my 4 team members.
